HOME INJECTIONS

To enroll in the program it’s $100 plus initial dosing vial (see vial prices above) which includes medical history review, dosing regimen, first vial/supplies for injections, initial instruction session and ongoing nursing support. 

Exten does not accept insurance. We accept HSA payments. 

All individuals who want to optimize their health and longevity. Individuals with significant medical history may be deemed ineligible by our medical team, specifically those with cancer.

This varies depending on your goals and supplement but usually one to three injections per week. 

It depends on the injection but either the subcutaneous tissue around the belly button or a large muscle such as your buttock or thigh. Our medical team will further instruct you on injections sites when you enroll in the program. 

Barely. Much less painful than a flu shot or other typical injections.

Once per year. Re-enroll via the Sign Up Today button via the same process as the initial sign up. There is a $100 annual fee that covers the physician’s review and consult. 

Each vial of injectables is good for 28 days once opened. We recommend dating vials with a Sharpie. Opened NAD+ and B12 vials need to be refrigerated. Lipo-C can be stored in a cool dry place.
