TruAge offers biological age testing that shows your rate of aging and age of your main organs, such as liver, heart, and brain. Complementary longevity plan not included with TruAge test. 

TruHealth measures over 105 biomarkers, including inflammation, stress, toxin exposure, vitamins, and gut health. Includes complimentary longevity plan. 

TruHealth and TruAge Combo Kit includes both the TruAge test and the TruHealth test, looking at both your biological age and biomarkers to offer a comprehensive picture of your health and how your body is aging. Includes complimentary longevity plan. 

The test kits can be purchased at our lounges or ordered online here and they will ship directly to you. Depending on the test kit cost ranges from $475 to $775 per kit. Anyone who is invested in their health and well-being, who wants specific metrics to further tune their health.

The tests are blood spot tests and only require a small finger stick. You can perform the test yourself, and there are detailed instructions with each kit. Our nursing team is also happy to consult and provide guidance or assistance with the testing process. 

Typically, results will be available in 2-4 weeks after your sample is received by TruDiagnostic. 

Your results will be emailed directly to you along with your customized longevity plan. You will receive email notification throughout the process, and once your results are available. 

The results are interpreted by TruDiagnostic’s clinical team, and they provide a detail analysis and insights into each biomarker included in the test. You also receive Exten’s longevity plan with personalized nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations to help you make informed decisions that support healthy aging.

Depending on your health and wellness goals, it’s common to test every three to six month,, especially if you are implementing lifestyle changes to improve your health. 

Exten does not accept insurance for any of our services. We do accept HSA payments.

Exten’s longevity plan does not replace a primary care provider. We still recommend having a regular primary care provider for annual physicals and other medical needs.
